1. AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Hapbidets Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a corporation registered in the State of Florida, United States. The Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks — is owned by Hapbidets or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5. USER REPRESENTATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You will comply with all applicable laws.

  • You will not access the Services using automated means (bots, scripts, etc.).
  • You will not attempt to interfere with the security of the Services.

6. USER ACCOUNTS & SECURITY

If you create an account on the Services, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and confidential. You agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

7. PURCHASES, ORDERS & PAYMENT

All purchases made through the Services are subject to product availability and confirmation of order price. Payment information must be complete, accurate, and updated when necessary.

We accept major payment methods (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, PayPal). You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred through your use of the Services, including applicable taxes and shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

  • You agree that Hapbidets may remove or refuse any Contributions at its sole discretion.

You retain ownership of your original content, but Hapbidets has the right to use it.

10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

  • Scrape or collect data from the Services without permission.
  • Circumvent security features.
  • Use the Services for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” HAPBIDETS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED — including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAPBIDETS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hapbidets and its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
