What We’ll Do

If a covered defect is confirmed, Hapbidets will, at its discretion, repair the product or replace it with the same or a comparable product, subject to availability. All products must have been installed and used according to the provided instructions. Hapbidets reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on warranty claims.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from shipping damage, improper installation, misuse, failure to follow instructions, product modifications, normal wear and tear, personal injury or property damage, or incidental or consequential damages of any kind.

Limitations

This written warranty is the only warranty made by Hapbidets. Repair or replacement under this warranty is the exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. Hapbidets is not responsible for loss of use of the product, plumbing issues, water damage, or any incidental, special, or consequential damages.

To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this one-year warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
