Need a return or want to make an exchange? We got you.
Before starting a return, please contact us first. Most issues we see—compatibility questions, installation hiccups, or simple setup fixes—can be solved without sending anything back.
Contact us with your order number and we’ll help you get squared away.
If a return is still needed, you’ll start the process by logging into your Hapbidets account and navigating to Orders.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been installed, connected to water, or show any signs of use are not eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 7–10 business days), approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
A 10% restocking fee may apply. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
In certain cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative to a refund.
Limited Warranty
All Hapbidets bidet attachments include a one-year limited warranty covering defects in parts and workmanship under normal use. Defective products confirmed within this period will be repaired or replaced in accordance with our warranty policy.
Return Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, installed, or connected to water
- Items not in original packaging or condition
- Accessories, spare parts, and merchandise
- Orders shipped outside the contiguous United States and Canada
Bundle pricing or discounts do not automatically qualify an item as final sale unless explicitly stated.
