Before starting a return, please contact us first. Most issues we see—compatibility questions, installation hiccups, or simple setup fixes—can be solved without sending anything back.
Contact us with your order number and we’ll help you get squared away.
If a return is still needed, you’ll start the process by logging into your Hapbidets account and navigating to Orders.
Store Credit Details
Approved returns are issued as digital merchandise credit, not refunds. Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 7–10 business days), store credit will be issued. A 10% restocking fee plus shipping costs will be deducted from the credit amount. Store credit is valid for five (5) years from the date of issue.
Limited Warranty
All Hapbidets bidet attachments include a one-year limited warranty covering defects in parts and workmanship under normal use. Defective parts confirmed within this period will be replaced in accordance with our warranty policy.
Return Exceptions
Sale items, discounted bundles or multi-packs, accessories, merchandise, spare parts, and final-sale items are not eligible for return. Orders shipped outside the contiguous United States and Canada are also not eligible for return.
